Re: James Wade b 1839 son of William

Thanks Jean…Unfortunately, I do not know where James and Laura were born, or when and where they died!…Following your research that no other 2yo James Wade lived on the Island in 1841, I am inclined to think these events may well have been in India…Your suggestion about William Wade being a soldier is a lead worth following. I think James place of birth would be very hepful...Until your amazing research over recent days, I never had much success in tracing any real facts about these ‘Wade’s, never mind the Greatorex link…However, yesterday I input ‘James Joseph Wade Hyderabad’ into Google and the top entry was a link to him. It does not tell us anything more about James and Laura that we already know, but there is extensive information about their son, Percival Richard Wade, and his family, which is very interesting…I only know the middle names of three of Cyril’s six children from his first marriage. James (my father); Alfred (the name of my GM father – Alfred Johns) and Constance…I lost this reply in the ‘system’ when I typed it earlier…Regards
