Thank-you Frances and Harry for the very interesting information. The will of Thomas Casement is the first evidence I have seen that suggests the Casements from the two houses might be related. Does the will of Thomas that you have quoted, Frances suggest that Thomas has a right of inheritance to the Kelly through his wife's family? ( the phrase by my father in law or mother in law). ie that he had married the daughter of the then owners of the Kelly?
