I don't think BL included St Marks - I know Ballure Ramsey burials were also missed (he 'borrowed' my readings pre c.1845) - a couple of other smaller yards were also missed as I think the IoMFHSoc hadn't published the transcriptions. Remember that BL's entries are an index to the IoMFHSoc burial transcriptions - they are not based on original source material and for some parishes + years and some names BL's error rate can be between 5 and 10% - luckily not as high for most with most errors being last digit error in burial year (tho some can be a century out) - some names I think were omitted when late in his illness he started to rearrange names under normalised versions - here losses + mistranscriptions became more common. The early records are subject however to some serious misreadings by the early IoMFHSoc transcribers.
