Edward Watson born 1831Castletown, Isle of Mann. Arrived in Sydney Australia, 08/01/1854. On the ship 'The Joseph Soames" he is listed as a crew member. He went to the Gold fields in Victoria. Australia before moving to Palmers Island, Maclean. NSW. Australia, where he married in 09/06/1869 Mary Campbell, b Isle of Skye 1848. He remained in Australia died 25/09/1897. I have his parents listed as William, seaman, mother Elizabeth nee Kallea or Kayley. Does any one have any information on his family in? Castletown, that they are willing to share with me.
