Mann is not a Manx name - usually english - what leads you to think he or his wife were born on the Isle of Man ?
Adams is also not a manx name thou there are a few immigrants to the Island with that name - have you looked at IGI www.familysearch.org - there is just a single Sarah Adams but not quite the year you post.
