I am looking for the family of William Stephen Cowell AKA Isle of Man Billy, from Douglas, born 1931, I believe he died in Plymouth in 2002,
His wife was Mona Sankey, also born 1931
I'd be most grateful for any info as i lost tough with Billy a number of years ago.
