THANKS so much. I've been doing sloppy 2 +2= 5 and getting lost in a sea of Johns and Isabellas, etc.
I thought something was wrong but I've been plodding along.

Should have checked my database and our archives--I haven't quite gotten on to searching the current archives as yet.
John Joseph Watterson who md Isabella Collister is indeed correct.
We had a query some time ago about them and the person's ancester John Joseph Watterson who was b 1850 and later went to USA. He md a Mary Etta Quilliam in 1881--maybe she's Manx as well.

This, of course, is the Isabella that David is looking for.

Now there is, indeed, a bonanza for David. The MIs all fit now.

Even we seasoned searchers can get into the folly of putting together info from the IGI without verifying first.
