I am pleased to hear that you are going to research Robert & Elizabeth Looney further,
I looked at 3 websites and 2 had conflicting information, the 3rd website gave only the information known and proved.

You need to have a “paper trail” you have Robert’s Will, which names his Son Joseph Luney, his beloved wife, Elizabeth Luney, and his Grandson John Luney, and the rest of his children, that are not named.

The Will, also names his Grandaughter Lovis (her entry has been crossed out)

you need to trace the Grandson John, to see who his parents are.
And the Grand daughter Lovis, to check her parents.
