I wrote to my contact in admin when this happened on Friday 31st Dec., and then also wrote to the general number in case she was away, on the same day. No answer.
I know exactly when the problem started because I had just answered a message on the BB, and when I tried to answer another it asked for name, password, etc.
As Sydney time is 11 hours ahead of the British Isles, the glitch happened soon after midnight on the 31st, IoM time.
