There was a John James Kinvig who was 2 yrs younger than 'my' John Kinvig. Mine has always been just John & came from Castletown.
I've been trying to find a death for a John Kinvig between 1919 & 1925 to see if wife Trimming could then remarry but none on my site. I noticed she married Easter in Islington. I found a marriage for a Herbert Kinvig to an Annie Mc Elevey in 1949 in Islington - I have assumed (maybe wrongly) that this Herbert was John's son , the same Herbert who was born in 1919 to Kinvig & Trimming. This Herbert & Annie also had 4 chn that I can find with yet another John & Herbert plus 2 daughters. If this is the right Cas John Kinvig then I have all these living relations to try & contact. As yet I have not found a marriage on the IOM for John /Trimming. You get so far & then comes a standstill till the next step further ! Thanks
