2s Jane Woods als Christian 9d Wm Looney & John Looney 3d Willm. Looney son of the sd John Looney for the sd 12d rent The Right of the above 9d rent fell to the sd Wm. Looney by after the decease of the above Jane Woods by vertue of the last will & testament of her husbd. Wm. Woods to wch she gave her Consent _ And the sd Wm Looney Devised , his Right in the sd 12d rent to the sd John his son by will now produced, and his mother Joney Looney Settled her part upon him not only by her consent to her sd husbands
will but likewise by Deed of Gift dated the 2nd Novr 1727 lawfully confirmed by the Court And the sd John Looney being also dead. Devised the premisses to his sd son Wm Looney by his last will & testament now likewise produced to wch his wife Easter Looney Consented And he is [now] accordingly Entered for the whole 12d rent & to come forth in Charge for the same Reserveing his mothers Right in the premisses only dureing her naturall Life as menconed in the sd Will relacon being there unto had may appear fine 9d & fine by John his father 7d

This is affirmed to be the last will and Testament
of William Woods of ye pish of KK Maughold, who departed
this Life a bout ye 6. day of Septembr. 1711 being of a perfect
mind and memory att ye makeing of ye same.
First, he Committed his Soule to God & Body to Christian
Burial. He Left and bequeathed to his wife Jane Woods
Als Christian ye big Chest, the pott, a Griddle, and ^ a ^ Cowe and
all the woole, flax, hemp, and yearn, that was in ye house
Itm: he declared, that his said wife Jane Woods als Christian
had halfe of ye Curraugh or Cloase Called Cloase-a-gaue, in
Contract Bargain and he Left ye other half of ye the same
Cloase to his said wife, and to his Cusson William Loonney
Joyntly between them, and aftr. ye death of his said wife
the same Cloase is to return wholy unto his own next of
kin or Relation, viz to ye said William Loonney Itm. He
Left the three parts ^ of ^ ye Corn ^ & hay ^ that was then upon the said
Cloase to his said wife, and it was his will that his said wife
should have ye 3 parts of ye above mentioned Cloase during
her Natural Life, Lett her marry or not marry Itm. He Left
a heiffer to James Corkill Itm. To Ann Cassin halfe a Calfe Itm.
To Wil William Corkill in Cardall vegg the Hearin Netts
that was in ye said William`s Custody Itm. He Left ye gray
Mare to Mary Quaile in KK Christ Itm. He Left to Wm. Callow
a Mare Itm. To Wm. Cowle ^[a cowe or]^ a yearling Itm. To Mary Colkett one
Ewe or yearling Itm. To the witnesses of this His last will
one shill: apice Lastly he Nominated and appointed his
wife Jane Woods als Christian and the afforesaid – – –
William Loonney Joynt Executrs: of all ye rest of his goods
and effects Movable & unmovable what so ever
Itm. He Left 6 pence apice to all ym that might ^ Claime ^ any Right to his
