I found the article at the library and it's very interesting.
I've also got a birth date for Maj Paul - 3/10/1777 and he is thought to have died around the end of January 1819.
He served on HMS Phoenix when it captured the Argo in 1795
1st Lieutenant Thomas Crebbin died aged 38 in Douglas after serving on HMS Diane, HMS Foudroyant and HMS Aboukir
I'll update when I know more.
