I am trying to prove that my Peter Corkhill B 1791 was married to Mary Creer or Crear. I am having no luck. Peter and his wife had Elizabeth b 1831 in Lonan, John b 1833 (My GG Grandfather) Lonan and Edward 1841 Lonan. I have searched all over and keep hitting a dead end. Ancestry has a Peter Married to a Mary Ford but says he was in Cumberland Militia so i am guessing that this the wrong one. Supposed to have been married in 1830 in Onchan. They appear to be both born in Conchan. Hope I have the names correct. Thanks if you can help.
