I was browsing the post this morining and came across yours, and you are right, I went to find out data on those helping where you stated and they are very liitle bio of the persons and no photograph I think with a photograph and with a more extended bio would be a great way that postees could see who is working on their line. I DO THINK IT'S A WONDERFUL IDEA, the only way I saw a picture of Ms. Coakley was on the MANX NOTE, when clicking on her name, so I do believe it would also help the postees, for we give out allot of data on our lives, our entire history and some even put their e-mails which some have been adivised not to doso, but I rather think you are right in the updating for I don't even see some of the helpers names , unless they have married and name changes taken place, as with BRIAN LAWSON'S bio, it, too, needs updating, I think your suggestion is worthy and needful.
