Hello all, I'm researching a branch of Wards starting with William Ward born c1854 who married Catherine Magrath/McGrath c1877. They had at least 3 children. James (1878) Joseph (1882) and Edward (1884). It has been suggested to me that the late Matty Ward (Eden Matthew Ward) belongs to this line. Does anybody happen to know who his father was? He was born 1912 so isn't listed on Lawson's. If nobody happens to know, I'll just have to get a copy of the birth certificate, and hope my informant is correct.
