Ancestor Anthony Milroy was a ploughman in the SW Scottish parishes of Kirkmabreck, Minnigaff and Penninghame. He was married to Grace McTaggart (or Grizel) and had several children in the interval 1792 to 1799.
He appeared on the Galloway scene and vanished just as mysteriously outside the dates mentioned. Does anyone have connections or reference to this couple from IoM or even further afield?
