You can write to John Morrison directly (address on the FHS website: www.iomfhs.im/research/63-email-wills.html) and ask him for birth records which are missing, but whether or not the ones you want are there depends on the dates. German ones are not all missing. These indexes were compiled by one person (Brian Lawson) from LDS films which can be viewed by anyone through LDS Family History Centres worldwide, or at the Manx Museum.
