DJDouglass - thanks for info. Now I'm not sure if I've researched the right Wattersons for Ann. I know she had a brother John. Could her parents also be William and Ann? I see the John W /Ann Costain & James W/ Esther Q also have sons John but my findings are from Lawsons 1861 long list of census names. Here W is 34, Ann 40, daughter Ann 7 (maybe my gran's mother) and a son John aged 3 plus other chn. The 1854 birth is more accurate than the 1845 of Thomas / Eleanor. Thanks
