Did you know that your great grandfather John was named in the rescue attempt in the colliery explosion at Tudhoe in 1882. I have some references to this.
Thompson`s dtr Elizabeth ( whose date and place of birth Ive not yet located) married George Henry Neesham/ Neasham who was my great grandfather. I have a feeling Thompson may have married three times.
