Just to let anyone with kirk michael requests i have not been as yet, but it is going to be this week as weather is predicted to be good and im feeling 80% better with new medication , it has given me that 80% walking power back,still get tired , but not getting pains etc and 6lb lighter due to weight watching , so from now on it is ; hey ho and away i go,
