I've been reading your problem regards the IOMFHS site and I'm particularly curious as to why this is.

Try putting this into your browser at the site below
iomfhs.im/lawsons/LawsonBMD/Main_Site_index.html
Your browser should automatically pick up Hypertext Transfer Protocol and the World Wide Web

There have been some recent adjustments to the site, although this should not affect changes made and Its feasible that your browser is remembering an old bookmark. It might not be the cause here, but I mentioned it just in case.
