News items from the Federation, notes on Chelsea Pensioners records and fees at GRO. Letter query over Bradshaw 1847, artist, craft artist and photographer. Update on visit to Olympia "Who do you think you are?" Exhibition. The theme at the Exhibition will be the "Victorians"
Members requested to contribute on their Victorian Ancestors. Volunteers requested to check Burial Records.

Journal almost ready, main theme Ballaugh and Maritime theme towards the end of the year. June outing confirmed as !8th, St Johns, with Chapel tea by Mrs Kennaugh.
Request for small articles with photo on family heirlooms.

Brian Lawson's data is being entered including corrections to typo errors. Index pages complete and now synchronising.

Kate Chapman, Centre of Manx Studies, reported on a new MNH project on graveyard monuments recording such detail as measurements, font, style, orientation and material.
Hopefully it will be a community project. Any members interested and wish to be involved, there will be a training day Sat April 17th

Guest Speaker; Mr Alan Franklin from the MNH gave a very interesting Powerpoint Presentation on the Rechabite records available from the museum. He traced the information of the Rechabite Order in the Island from 1835 to the present day illustrated with record extracts and photographs.
