In 1841 the rest of George's family were also in Braddan, apart from Rachel. I've looked for her in England in case she was with maternal grandparents or aunt/uncle, but can't find her.

Demeza is a terrible name to work with, isn't it ?

I found Rachel's baprism in the IGI, but I suspect it's an iffy entry. However, if correct, the middle name of Tong might give a clue to Jane's family. I also found John's baptism, in Richmond North Yorkshire, so maybe William and Jane were up there when they married ?
