As you'll have found already, the IGI only seems to have patron submitted entries for this family, but it does seem that William b circa 1775 had a sister called Ann Margaret (I had a look at an Ancestry tree to get some clues)

And in the IGI I've found an entry which has been extracted from the parish register which states that Ann Margaret's parents were John Torbat and Ellinor Cannel. Were you looking for confirmation that these were the parents of William ?

I haven't found a spelling for Tatbet which brings up an extracted entry for William though.
