Hello Jean

My only connection to William Taggart 1778-1849, son of William Taggart and Catherine Watterson of Gibdale, Malew, is that my g g grandmother's sister, Jane Kermode of Ballafesson, Rushen, married him in 1818.

Perhaps you might be able to help clear up the mystery of the identity of a Sheila Taggart b 1901 whose labelled photo, taken 1909, is amongst my great grandma's collection. Do you by any chance have a Sheila Taggart in your tree ? I see that Manx BMD lists a Sheila Agnes Taggart b 1901 in Onchan, but I've no idea who her parents were or how she was connected to our family.
