Can't help you with Andreas and strangely enough, couldn't see him on the Andreas burials register either? I don't have the Andreas MI book, but hopefully someone else does.

Not quite the same, but did notice some Lewin's in Peel, being Ann-d.1859, Christopher, Eliza-1856, Margaret-1864 and Robert-1876.
My only other book was in Jurby and the MI was for Mary Lewin d.1834
