Lovely to see your name when I logged on this site for the first time today. You are my only relative I have been able to trace of the Caveens. My book is to be published later this year and I still have several details to collect. The marriage cert of Margaret Caveen born 1820 and Daniel Smith only shows 12 Sep 1844 in Braddan, and their names. I am desperate to find their ages as the two certs I have for Daniel have a big gap and this stops me from researching further in Argyllshire. Where have you move to? Regards
