My Great Grandfather, William Kennaugh (no known birthdate) grew up at Bellabell farm, Isle of Man and married Margaret Whitten. They came to Australia and had 2 children, Robert and Ivy. Robert is my Grandfather. Does anyone have info? My Great Grandfather and Great Great Grandfather's names were Thomas Cowley. Is it possible, their ancestors came from the Isle of Man, too, as the name seems common there? There is a Cowley home at Crammag but not sure if it belongs to our ancestors. Does anyone have info?
