Re: Some history of the Watterson family

My GGG grandmother, Sarah LYNCHEY, and a son, Thomas, were sentenced at Castle Rushen in 1833 for the robbery of the farm house of William Watterson. They were transported to New South Wales in 1835.
The 1841 census has a William Waterson (sic) his wife Ann and their children at Lhe Keeroo, Parish of Lonan, Strand Quarter.
The present owners have kindly given me a photograph of the house they robbed which is now demolished.
This family had previously lived at Malew.
Cheers
