I think we've all done what Ray has mentioned previously and it can certainly be frustrating to those people (me included) who've typed up a lengthy letter and found that it never printed due to the inclusion of a word classed as 'naughty'

A suggested change of word might help the feeling of wrong doing and instead of 'naughty word', how about, 'contains spam word'?

This does not however, prevent people from writing in and losing their article and again, would Admin be able to add an additional line of words just above the Check spelling, preview message, post message boxes?
Something on the lines of, Save and preview your work before you post message.

To find the illusive 'naughty word' or 'spam word', I'd always suggest that you save it on notepad or other word document and then copy half your text onto the message box and then press preview message. If it automatically shows up, then that section does not contain a spam word.
Eventually, you'll be able to locate the sometimes innocent looking word and either leave it out or think of another word instead of it, or even leave a gap in the word as Frances suggested earlier.

The way I do it;
I write it out on microsoft word, (which handily checks my spelling) copy and paste it to the message board, preview message and if ok, post message. Any spam words are changed as mentioned above.
