Not quite sure what you mean. I have done nothing different to what I usually do.

I have written in a complaint and asked them to explain the problem.

I thought maybe they see 'Gicks' here as a naughty word. If there is something wrong why cannot they point out where it is, it would save a lot of unecessary upset, and correspondence.

I mean - 'naughty word? That is insulting to someone who is not offensive by nature.
