A couple of follow-up and related questions....

1. How old was Jane Christian in 1816 when she gave birth to Hugh Crow's child Mary?

2. If Jane seemed to have a habit of having illegitimate children, as suggested, did Hugh Crow have the same habit? Or is Mary the only known daughter of Hugh?

2. Did Mary Crow go on to have any children herself? Does Mary [and therefore Hugh Crow] have any descendents living on the IOM today?

3. For Susanne - and anyone else with a knowledge of Hugh Crow's family - is there a known link between an Eliza Crow 1813-1866 [who married John Kaye in 1834 and raised 14 children at Ballaugh]? I suspect Eliza may also be related to Capt Hugh Crow, but not sure how. Eliza's birthdte is very likely 12 February 1813, Ramsey. She died in Foxdale and was buried in February 1866 in Ballaugh next to the grave of a son Evan who had died aged about eight months in 1848.
I can't find Eliza's parents, and I wonder if she might be another daughter of Hugh Crow.

Any help with these three follow-ups would be very welcome.
