Yes it does come from the IGI - so we were wondering just how accurate it was - William was born in Ireland but have no idea where - maybe this name will give us some clues. We were guessing that the "Nr. B" bit stood for "near Ballaugh" but as I say we are very much just fumbling around so your help is much appreciated!. Thanks.
