John, I have checked the old R.C. records for you , but there is no sign of marr. of Patrick Maxwell & Cecilia Collins. There are records of other Maxwells & Collins, e.g. the priest has made a note alongside the baptism 18 Feb 1830 of a daughter Sarah Jane, to a John Maxwell & Rose Callaghan, that John was of the 24th Regiment of Foot. Have you checked records in Ireland? The godparents to Cecilia's children seem to be mostly her Collins family. Marie Radcliffe
