Does anyone know if Thomas Quine of Onchan, (who I assume as the father would have been born around 1800) had a brother John?

I am trying to find the family of the person below:

John Quine 1793 born Onchan
who married in Braddan in 1817 to a Margaret Kelly born 1797 Braddan (who had a sister Isabella)

I know details downwards, just need info on John of 1793...could he be related to this person?
