I will repeat my offer to host them - as part of the 'deal' I was also willing to bring my index of the issues up to date to cover any additional issues (and allow the society publication rights to it as before) - however as you said previous requests were turned down, let's hope things have changed - what may be worthwhile considering is to require authors to (a) confirm that their article does not infringe copyright of others & (b) to give a non-exclusive licence to IoMFHS (ie the author can still do what they like with the article) to publish the article in various modes (eg you may like to have a 5 year collected edition of more interesting articles) - this will allow republication without any additional paperwork - submission of an article implying agreement to these points
