I read in the Memorial notices in the Manx Quarterly that William Kerruish's second wife was Miss Teare. Could that possibly have been Catherine Letitia Teare d.of Thomas Teare and Letitia Callister? Did they have any children or were the children listed ,from his first marriage?
I also have a family picture of the Thomas Teare family that was taken before 1886(?). Three of the girls appear to be wearing a medallion on a ribbon. Is there any way to identify what these medallions would be relating to?
I am still searching for information re the Thomas Teare/Letitia Callister family. Does anyone have information re any of their children. Are there any descendants still living on the IOM? Do any Teares still own the farm in Ballaugh?
I am coming to the IOM in May and would appreciate any help or direction you may have. I have joined the Family History Society but have yet to hear back from the Society.
