I've just been browsing the bulletin board of the Isle of Man Family History and came across your query about Noreen Cottier. I too am interested in this individual as I'm trying to track my great grandmother Eliza Cottier.
Noreen's affairs are/were being handled by Leslie Quilliam, 3 Peveril road, Peel, Isle of Man, British Isles, IM5 1NU. He told me that her records for the Cottier family were sent to the Isle of Man FHS. So far I have not heard from them about these records. Sorry if you already have this information.
