Oddfellows Arms was of course in Ramsey on the Quay near Market place, opened there by 1871 (name transferred from a smaller pub ?) - H.B. Nelson was according to Constance Radciffe 'Shining by Sea' p238, son of Charles Brown one time miller at the North Ramsey Windmill, gone by 1894 - have you tried to find him, if still alive, in 1901 census ?
