I'm hoping some one has the answer to this:
On the 1881 census Jane Gawne (1817 widow) has 10 acres B Cross, Arbory. There are 2 children John (1839) and Ann (1851). I am probably reaching but there was possibly 2 more children in between and I'm wondering if after John was born whether they went to the States and had my Grandmother Emma in N.Y. and returned later to I.O.M. The FHL film # 1342347, Public Record RG 11, Piece/Folio 5608 / 74, Page # 4. What would this tell me and where would I get the information? There has to be an answer somewhere.
