The name, occupation of the father of each the bride and groom was included in the parish record of marriages AFTER about 1850. Before that only the bride and groom unless one was underage and the parent had to give permission.
The civil records starting about 1875 always had the fathers names.

I don't think you can order these things online. However, you can rent the appropriate film for a couple of dollars at your local Mormon family history center--they get them for you from Salt Lake. You can copy the page you want for about $.25.

You can send to IOM and/or England to the record repositories for records but it is rather expensive and also takes a long time.
