INCH name

I am researching my Maternal Manx heritage and also my Paternal Cornish Heritage.
Upon searching for both my family trees, I have found this surname of INCH also occurs frequently in Cornwall, so would this likely be a CORNISH name or a MANX surname???

I am therefore hoping that someone will be able to tell me from which part of the UK that this name hails from.

Thia just might tell me who the parents of Eleanor INCH were as on the IGI they are not named..

Eleanor INCH married William KNEALE - Shoemaker, and they were my GGGGrandparents and the parents of my GGGrandfather Robert KNEALE born 1806 in Foxdale, Parish of Malew and died on 22nd March 1883, buried at Foxdale Cemetery. He married Isabella BREW at Kirk Braddan on 11th Nov 1830.
Robert's second wife was Ann CURRAN (CORRIN- my GGGrandma ) and they were married on 7th Sept 1872 at Kirk Marown.
Many thanks for any help,
Carol
