I knew of a Harold Scarfe, who lived in Ramsey, I bought his house - 4 Barrack Lane, Ramsey in 1989, he had two daughters and a wife (whom passed away in the house as I believe), his daughters moved away (I think), and he went into a care home. He lived in the house all his life and purchased it from a spinster in 1940's I think.....
