It is going around as GENUINE VIRUS WARNING called jdbgmgr.exe

IT IS A HOAX.

Go to: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/jdbgmgr.exe.file.hoax.html which is a Symantec page with full instructions. I found this explanation on Google after receiving a well meant email to warning me of this virus, but I have been stung by something similar before.
