I recall a short book by Martin Faragher on 100 years of the Manx Music Festival, called " With Heart, Soul and Voice. In it there are several references to Noah Moore including photographs.
There is mention of the success he, Noah, had with various choirs, his sibling rivalry with his brother, a Peel schoolmaster, and praise from Sir Edward Elgar for his singing. The book mentions that Mr Moore gave up teaching to become manager of the Villa Marina and introduced international singing stars to the Island.
