I am searching for information on William Kermeen born in 1833 on the Isle of Man to Phil Kermeen and Cath Christian. He died in 1898 at Swanwater, Victoria, Australia. On searching the web I found that the "Vixen" left for Australia in 1853 with a crew of 37 men. On the crew was a William Kermeen. Does anybody have any information about how William Kermeen came to Australia and if he was on the crew of the Vixen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
