Jane. The Good Companions is now converted into luxury apartments, and is still standing, unlike so many others which have been demolished and rebuilt into apartments.
My information is the last owners were Brian and Kay Cottier, they were running the hotel when , along with so many others inthe '80's, it went bust - I am told they left the island and are believed to be in the Bristol area. I hope this is helpful John Quirk
