Three strays that may be of interest.
My great grandfather John Moore, born 22/06/1841 in Kirk Michael. Son of Nathaniel Moore and Esther Sayle. Died 28/02/1880 in Askam-in-Furness (North West England) after a mining accident.
His wife Isabella Kermeen of Maughold, born 07/08/1842 and died in Askam 20/02/1919.
After John's death Isabella married George William Cowley of Laxey, who was born 01/01/1853 and died in Askam 02/06/1931.
As I live in Dalton-in-Furness (near Askam) can someone please tell me how I could go about obtaining Birth, Marriage and Death records from the IOM.
