Noreen was with the Sotiety when I was first a member from 1979-85 and as you say Frances she was a stirling supporter of Manx ganealogy and family history,and the Society. She did wonderful work over the years and it is the likes of her who make Societies life IOMFHS great.
Like you say, she will be greatly missed.
