I accept your explanation Frances, with thanks. My concern was with the fact that, during the past several years, I have been receiving the journal within a period of 3 weeks (lucky I guess!), and then when it took so much longer I became anxious. All in all, I suppose there were just too many bad things happening all at the same time which caused an even longer delay than usual. I will have to learn to be more patient, but I do so look forward to receiving the journal every quarter.
